The Whig-Standard The start of construction at a big hole in Kingston's downtown is still six months away.
The vacant lot at the corner of Bagot and Queen streets is the future site of a new nine-storey condominium building but a year after the project was announced the big hole remains.

"The timeline we're looking at (for groundbreaking) is spring or summer 2012."
